Step 1: Fill out our intake form here.
Step 2: Cadence will review your information and call you to gather additional information to determine our ability to provide services that match your needs.
Step 3: Depending on your reasons for seeking services and therapist availability, you may be (1) given referrals to other providers, (2) placed on our wait list, or (3) scheduled for a 90-minute first appointment with a therapist matched to your needs to establish a treatment plan.
We work with families with children as young as 3 and serve individuals through adulthood. Please note that to participate in DBT skills group, clients must be 13+.
Prior to being enrolled in a skills group at Cadence, a client must have established care with an individual therapist (within our outside of Cadence). If a client's individual therapist is outside of the Cadence team, you will be provided a consultation with a Clinical Director to confirm your fit to our Skills Group.
Yes, we maintain a waitlist. We will contact you via phone and email when an appointment time becomes available. Prospective clients have 24 hours to submit paperwork confirming their interest in pursuing services otherwise the appointment will be offered to another individual on the waitlist.
Cadence is not an in-network provider for any insurance company and does not bill insurance. Many insurance companies will allow subscribers to submit their out-of-pocket payments for insurance reimbursement. We encourage you to check in advance and see if your insurance company provides coverage for therapy with an out-of-network provider.

Superbills include diagnosis code (specific to the individual client), client and clinician name, CPT codes, and clinic info (i.e. clinic Tax ID/EIN and clinic NPI).
A Superbill includes only sessions attended by client.
