Leah Stoller earned her Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Washington, with an emphasis one evidence-based interventions. She completed her clinical practicum at THIRA Health’s partial hospitalization Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program. While at THIRA, she provided DBT therapy and skills training to teens and young adults. Leah recently completed a post-master’s fellowship at Cadence focusing on DBT and eating disorders, and is continuing her post-graduate training under the supervision of clinical director Dan Finnegan, LICSW, and Manda Hakimi Ederer, PhD. Leah treats anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, and other behaviors related to emotion dysregulation using DBT. She is pursuing DBT-Linehan Board certification to expand her practice.

 

Leah has a special interest in treating eating and feeding disorders in individuals of all ages and identities, using evidence-based treatments including Family Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and DBT. Leah is passionate about helping individuals develop a caring relationship with their body and internalize the skills needed to manage life’s ups and downs.
