What Dr. Olson would like you to know about her:

I enjoy joining a family’s team along their way to well-being. I listen to learn about their history, values, and relationships before I offer collaborative support based on my observations and evidence-based knowledge. I believe it is heartening to share laughter and healing to be truly present with others. My prior training in science, teaching, and adventure education enriches my awareness of human connections to place, nature, and others. My psychology training within inpatient, partial hospitalization, and community treatment settings broadens my clinical perspective.

I have experience working with parents of young children showing disruptive behavior, with teens grappling with their identity in the midst of anxiety and mood disorders, and with individuals coming to terms with a history of trauma as they prepare for adulthood. I enjoy working with children as young as four, adolescents, young adults, and parents of all ages. I look forward to meeting you.
