What Rachel would like you to know about her:
I work with children, youth, and their families, and enjoy helping clients navigate the challenges of life. I have experience treating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and collaborating with parents. Over the years, I have had a wide range of experience mentoring youth in various community organizations, and I worked in the field of education for several years. I work from a strengths-based approach and enjoy helping clients identify their strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. I used evidence-based treatments as a cornerstone of the therapeutic process. As a former educator, I am passionate about helping teens thrive and find their unique path. As a parent, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and offer a supportive space for parents to navigate their own journey. When not working with my amazing clients, I can be found outside in the beautiful PNW with my family—hiking, skiing, and running
